Sin Boudoir Review

A few months ago, I asked around (because you know, mom-life means asking all the ladies for recommendations), and I got several good possibilities, however a lot of them were: “You have to go to Sin Boudoir in Orlando for boudoir photos.” Now, when something gets recommended that much, you kind of have to give it a try. Website: Sin Boudoir

So, I hopped in the car, drove the two hours from Tampa to Orlando, and pulled up to this beautiful resort hotel. Picture-perfect, honestly. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but when I saw the space and met Michael, I immediately knew I was in good hands. He made me feel at ease in ways I didn’t even know I needed. I think we all know how hard it can be to feel confident when you’re a mom—your body changes, life gets busy, and sometimes it’s just tough to feel sexy. But from the moment we started, I felt so comfortable. I was able to focus on the experience and the fun, instead of stressing about the whole “posing naked in front of a stranger” thing.

And let me tell you—this wasn’t just a “few cute pics in a bra and panties” kind of shoot. Nope, this was a full-on, nude boudoir session. I can’t even tell you how nervous I was beforehand, but once we got started, all those nerves went right out the window. The whole experience turned into something empowering. Michael made sure I felt totally safe, totally in control, and definitely not awkward. I didn’t have to worry about any weird angles or feeling self-conscious; it was all about celebrating me, and Michael did such a great job of making that happen.

When the photos came in, I was seriously floored. Like, I had no idea I could look like that. Honestly, I didn’t even know how beautiful I was until I saw those pictures. My husband Dave loved them too, which was just the icing on the cake. It was a little like a gift to myself, but also a gift to him—win-win!

I won’t be posting any nude shots here (because, let’s be real, we’ve got to keep it PG for the blog), but Michael did get my permission to use some of them on his website. So, if you’re curious, go check those out.

Would I do it again? 100%. If you’ve been toying with the idea of a boudoir shoot—do it. Seriously. It’s not about being perfect or looking like a model. It’s about feeling good in your own skin and having the confidence to just be you. And trust me, it’s worth every second.

I didn’t think I could look this sexy. Michael is just amazing at posing women.

  1. Love this. I’m going to the same boudoir photographer in June, still trying to make my goal weight. I’m so excited.

  2. How perfect! You look so pretty. Your husband must love that photo album. He was bragging to Bill yesterday.
